Krissy, known for her dynamic presence and passion for fitness, shares her journey of self-discovery, hard work, and dreams for the future. Her personal style? A unique mix she calls “Barbie meets New York City,” combining bold, sleek, and classy elements. “I’ve worked hard on my body and my looks, and I love showing off that effort in outfits that pop with my own unique flair,” she shares.

Among her favorite places in the world is Lake Tahoe, a magical destination that combines her love of skiing with breathtaking natural beauty. “The clearest blue waters, the brightest green mountains, and hot tub dips under the stars—it’s truly a magical place,” she says.

One of the most significant lessons Krissy has learned came from a challenging breakup. “Never give up being your true self or your control for anyone,” she emphasizes. “A relationship requires authenticity and balance, and if someone expects you to change fundamentally, they’re not the right person for you.”

Krissy’s biggest dream is to own a fitness studio or tennis training facility. “Fitness and tennis have been so rewarding for me, and I’d love to help others find that same joy and passion,” she says. This passion is rooted in her healthy, active lifestyle and her love for inspiring others to pursue their own fitness journeys.

Surprisingly, despite being a New Yorker through and through, Krissy has a deep love for horseback riding. “I started riding as a young girl in the city, where there were horse stables in buildings—it was so cool to bond with a horse in the middle of such an exciting urban environment,” she recalls.

Though she doesn’t cook often, Krissy makes an incredible Chicken Parmesan. “It’s my go-to dish as a proud New Yorker, but these days, I focus more on eating healthy and balanced meals,” she admits.

When it comes to role models, tennis legend Andre Agassi has been a lifelong influence. “I’ve followed him since his debut and admired his determination and resilience, especially during his remarkable comeback,” she says. Watching the U.S. Open in New York brings back memories of Agassi’s iconic matches and inspires her continued love for the sport.

As for relationships, Krissy finds confidence and humility far more attractive than wealth. “The worst thing a man can do is constantly talk about his money—it’s a turn-off and shows a lack of confidence in other areas,” she explains.

When asked whether she’d prefer to be loved, respected, or admired, Krissy’s answer is simple: “Being loved is the best. Where there is love, there is respect.”

Looking to the future, Krissy hopes to travel more, especially across Europe. She plans to visit fitness studios and tennis centers in each new city, starting with London in 2025. “I can’t wait to work out at Metabolic London and Barry’s London Soho,” she says. Her ultimate dream? Experiencing Wimbledon with her tennis friends.

Her final words of advice? “Live your best life, be true to yourself, and work hard to become the best version of you. As far as I know, we only get one life—so make it yours.”
